We ship our products around the world and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible for our customers. Please keep in mind that international shipping costs, tariffs and taxes can change significantly from country to country. We ship to most locations worldwide but it's best to contact us about an order if you have any concerns about shipping costs or fees. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout when you enter your address. If the cost for shipping to your location does not appear when you're checking out, please feel free to contact us for an exact price. For shipments outside of the US, shipping charges cannot be $0 in the cart if you select a valid shipping method for your country (see details on intl. shipping here).
Currently there are certain counties that we cannot ship to via USPS because of insurance reasons. In those cases, we will ship via UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited. The benefit of these UPS International Services is that they are typically faster than the USPS although the price is a bit higher in some cases.
Please keep in mind that your government or another entity in your country may impose a charge for custom and/or brokerage fees, duties and taxes on items received from the US. These charges do not originate from our company nor do we benefit from them in any way. You are responsible for payment of all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that may be imposed when these goods are imported into your country. Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government customs agent to determine the rate for the products you would like to purchase.

It is often less expensive to select one of the USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International shipping methods that we provide to reduce the brokerage fees. To avoid a delay in receiving your product from customs, be sure that you provide us with a phone number where you can be reached when your product arrives.
The Stemware Store is unable to take responsibility for knowing the local customs duties and import policies for every country. Please remember that the ultimate responsibility for knowing how much a package will cost before you receive it from us ultimately rests with you.
Pricing and Returns
Pricing: All prices on our site are in US dollars. If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency. We do not have control over the exchange rate, but you can get an idea of what it might be by checking this site http://www.xe.com.
Returns: The Stemware Store allows returns on international orders within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All exchanges and returns require that you initiate contact within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please note that The Stemware Store is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the merchandise to us or for any shipping charges associated with your new order unless the return is based on our error or omission.
